Privacy Policy

This placeholder describes, at a high level, what the final policy will cover: what business, financial and account data is collected; that it is stored in Australia (Supabase, Sydney region); that it is never sold; who it is shared with (payment, banking and email providers strictly to deliver the service); how long it is kept; and how to request an export or deletion of your data from Settings → Data & Privacy.

It also covers how AI features are used — see the AI usage notice on the Ask your business page for specifics on what data is sent to the AI provider and what it is never allowed to do.

A fully reviewed version of this document will replace this placeholder before public launch.
